Nachhaltigkeit im Kostümdesign heißt:
Bereits im Entwurf zu berücksichtigen, dass weniger Abfall anfällt, weniger Giftstoffe verwendet werden.
Dass bereits existierende Kostüme mit einbezogen werden und möglichst ökologisch abbaubare Materialien verwendet werden, die sich, wenn nötig, anschließend getrennt recyceln lassen.
So wenig Neuware wie möglich zu beziehen und wenn Neuware, dann von Labels, die fair, nachhaltig und mit transparenter Lieferkette produzieren.
